1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our platform, you confirm that you are of legal marriageable age (18+ years) and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Divorced/widowed individuals must provide accurate legal documentation if required.
• False information may lead to account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or harassment will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. All personal data is protected under our terms and conditions. However, we do not guarantee absolute security and advise users to exercise caution while interacting with others.

5. Compliance with App Store Guidelines

Wed Connect aims to deliver a unique and valuable experience for users by offering innovative features not commonly found in saturated categories like dating or matrimonial services. Our platform is not a duplicate or clone of any existing service. We continuously strive to improve and distinguish ourselves with added features focused on trust, safety, and personalized wedding experiences.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

To ensure the platform remains safe and welcoming for all users, we have implemented the following policies for user-generated content:

• All users must agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA), which outlines acceptable use, rights, and limitations when using the app.
• Profile content, images, messages, and interactions shared on Wedconnect, including reports, blocks, and moderation-related actions, are considered UGC.
• We detect, filter, and remove objectionable or harmful content and respond to reports, complaints, and moderation requests promptly.
• Automated keyword and behavior-based filtering is used to identify objectionable content.
• Manual moderation is performed by our review team, and reported content is reviewed promptly.
• Wedconnect acts on valid reports within 24 hours by removing offending content and taking appropriate action against the responsible user, including warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.
• Users can report profiles, messages, images, or any inappropriate behavior directly within the app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Users may block other users at any time. Blocked users cannot view or contact the user who blocked them.
• Wedconnect is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended and reviewed.
• Any content suggesting or facilitating interaction between adults and minors is permanently removed.
• Wedconnect complies with applicable child safety and protection laws in all regions where the app is available.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Wedconnect:

• Posting fake, misleading, or offensive profiles.
• Engaging in illegal activities, scams, or spam.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising).
• Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language.
• Explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual content.
• Promotion of illegal activities or harm.

8. Membership & Payments

Premium membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with prior notice.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts violating our terms without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wed Connect Matrimony and Events Private Limited is not liable for misconduct between users or any financial or emotional loss arising from matches or technical errors beyond our control.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
